So In
So Out: Back to school edition
By Amari Kunz
Fashion
So IN: Plaid is a major must have this fall. In any magazine whether
it be Vogue or Seventeen, you will see most of the models sporting
this fun print that can jazz up any outfit, and hey, it's for girls
and guys!
So OUT: Zebra and Cheetah prints were a summer look, but now they
are quickly coming out of style. Accessories however, can be highly
acceptable, adding a little cheetah to your outfit with a purse
is chic, but making it a major part of your outfit is a fashion
out.
So IN: Hair accessories this year are extremely in, but what really
catches the eye are hair-braids and flowers. Imagine you're getting
ready for school and you're wearing a plain white shirt, what adds
to the piece would be an eye-popping pink flower, or an intricate
braid or a combination of both!
So OUT: The hippy grunge look was such a summer/spring thing. Within
saying this, that means that peace signs are so out. Instead, try
a turquoise piece to add to your outfit.
So IN: A must have especially for Bishop Kelly dress code would
be the gladiator style sandals. Not only are they BK approved they
look H-A-U-T-E!
So IN: Colors for this fall are: turquoise and black. Learn how
to rock them this fall! For example, try wearing a printed black
dress with a chunky turquoise necklace.
Hot spots for the weekends!

So IN: Blue Cow Frozen Yogurt. Frozen Yogurt or "FroYo"
tastes just like ice cream, but it's cheaper in calories and its
all soft serve. You can have any ice cream combination you want,
and you can even swirl. You choose the toppings and how much you
want. The cool thing about this unique place is that it's all self
serve and they weigh it to get your total! The Blue Cow is located
at 2333 S. Apple St, Boise, ID.
So IN: Tired of overpriced movie tickets, especially in this economy?
So am I! That's why saving money is so in. Overland Park Cinemas
are voted so in. It's a dollar for movies, and just a dollar more
for a "food ticket." A food ticket can buy you anything
ranging from popcorn (caramel, kettle, or regular) to drinks, candies,
and even nachos. Overland Park Cinemas are located on 7051 Overland
Road, Boise, ID.
So OUT: The mall once was a popular place, but now downtown is
the hot spot to get food, to shop, and just relax. The only good
thing about the mall is Forever 21 and other small places to shop.
Downtown is filled with Anthropology, Urban Outfitters, and tiny
boutiques filled with original pieces that are extremely stylish!
